Meter Raja are Naviget Driver application (“the App(s)”) are a application developed and owned by Stepzero Labs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Apps.

• Location Information: We collect real-time location data in foreground and background, even when the app is closed or not in use to accurately calculate distance, fares, and duration of ride.
• Device Information: Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic information.
• Usage Data: Actions taken inside the app, location session logs and transmission over network, and crash data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Accurately calculate distance, time, and fares.
• If being used by a Naviget driver, transmit real-time over network.
• Improve app accuracy, performance, and security.
• Provide customer support and resolve issues.

We do not sell, or trade your personal information.

3. Location Data Usage

We require precise location access to show accurate distance and time readings.

If the apps are being used by a Naviget driver, we additionally require precise location to:
